Puri Jagannadh, arguably one of the greatest directors in the film industry, made his mark as the ace director with realistic storylines, intriguing screenplay and splendid character arcs. He made his directorial debut with Badri in 2000 starring Pawan Kalyan, Ameesha Patel and Renu Desai in lead roles. He later directed movies in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi. Puri Jagannadh is known for giving career best movies to the heroes he works with. He accumulated a cult fan base over the years because of his massy hero characters. Puri is currently shooting for the Pan Indian film, Liger starring Vijay Devarakonda and Ananya Panday in lead roles. The team recently announced that Mike Tyson the international boxing legend will be playing a pivotal role in the film.
