This morning in Amaravathi, Janasena Chief Konidela Pawan Kalyan took over as Andhra Pradesh’s Deputy Chief Minister. As the elected Member of Legislative Assembly, he also took charge as the Minister for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, Rural Water Supply, Environment, Forestry, and Science and Technology at his camp office earlier today.
On two important files, the most sought Employment Guarantee Scheme and the one concerning the construction of panchayat buildings in tribal villages, Pawan penned his first signature. Pawan also approved funding for projects connected to the horticulture department.
These were special moments because, after taking office as the Deputy Chief Minister, Pawan Kalyan signed these important files with a pen that his sister-in-law, Chiranjeevi’s wife Surekha, had given him, making it more special for his fans.
