Mahi V Raghav, who directed ‘Yatra’, the biography of the Late Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh, recently came up with its sequel ‘Yatra 2′, which hit the screens on February 8.
The biographical movie is now streaming on OTT. Amazon Prime Video, the giant OTT platform, took to their social media, to announce the same. “Explore the remarkable odyssey of #Yatra2 👣, the story of a People’s Leader, now streaming exclusively on @PrimeVideoIN”, they wrote.
While Yatra featured Malayalam superstar Mammootty as YS Rajasekhar Reddy, it focused on his political era. However, “Yatra 2” highlights YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s ascent to prominence as a leader of the people following the unexpected death of his father. In this biopic, actor Jiiva plays YS Jagan, while actress Ketaki Narayan plays YS Jagan’s wife, Bharathi.
Shiva Meka’s V Celluloids and Three Autumn Leaves have produced this movie together. Madhie handled the cinematography, while the music was scored by Santosh Narayanan. Prominent actor Mahesh Manjrekar featured in a major role alongside Ketaki Narayan, Suzzane Bernet, and other well-known actors in Yatra 2.
