Renowned filmmaker Surya Kiran, who helmed films like “Satyam,” “Dhana 51,” and others, departed from this life earlier today in Chennai. When the director passed away, he was 51 years old. It has been reported that Surya Kiran had jaundice and succumbed to the disease.
At a very small age, Surya Kiran made his film debut and has since appeared in over 200 movies as a child actor. In 2003, he made his directorial debut by helming the film “Satyam,” starring Sumanth and Genelia.
Additionally, Surya Kiran directed films including Chapter 6, Brahmastram, Raju Bhai, and Dhana 51. He has also taken part in the fourth season of Bigg Boss Telugu.
As condolences for Surya Kiran’s family flood in, the industry is shocked by his untimely demise.
