With Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela in the lead roles, “Guntur Kaaram” debuted to great fanfare on January 12. Once the makers released the trailers, songs, and other promotional materials at the appropriate times, the film started to draw large crowds. Helmed by the most-hyped filmmaker Trivikram Srinivas, Guntur Kaaram marks the third collaboration of Superstar Mahesh and Trivikram after ‘Athadu’ and ‘Khaleja’.
Day one worldwide box office collections:
Mahesh Babu and Sreeleela’s film, directed by Trivikram Srinivas, got off to a great start on its first day. With a staggering worldwide box office receipt of ₹94 crore, Guntur Kaaram has become the highest-grossing film of Mahesh Babu‘s career and also has created an all time record in regional cinema, as claimed by the makers.
The producers took to their social media to announce the same, as they were overjoyed by the box office receipts.

Starring Mahesh Babu as Ramana and Sreeleela as Ammu, along with Meenakshi Chaudhary, Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, Jayaram, and others in important roles, the family entertainer has become the crowd-puller On its first day of release, the movie clashed with Teja Sajja’s HanuMan, which was released prior to Sankranthi.
Guntur Kaaram Story:
Mahesh Babu portrayed Ramana, a character with painful childhood memories of his mother leaving him. Ramana’s mother, portrayed by Ramya Krishna, abandons him because of the political climate.
Mahesh Babu’s dancing prowess is winning him praise from his admirers. Trivikram Srinivas’ narration and Sreeleela’s on-screen persona have emerged as two of the film’s numerous contributing factors.
