Rebel Star Prabhas is now busy with his film Adipurush, which is ready to be released on June 16th. After this film, he will be working on his upcoming film Salaar with one of the magnum opus directors of Indian films, Prashanth Neel, after his tremendous success with KGF. This action thriller film will be the debut of Prashanth Neel in Tollywood. Salaar is being produced by Hombale Films. The film is going to be released on September 28, 2023, in theaters.
There have been limited casting announcements for the film Salaar from the makers. The team has been actively shooting for the film for the past few months. Recently, the Tamil actress Sriya Reddy took to Twitter to thank the director and other technicians who are working for Salaar. She has just completed a major part of the film shoot in which she is featured.

On the occasion of the completion of the shooting, Sriya Reddy shared a picture, writing that she had an overwhelming feeling of immense gratitude for Prashanth Neel. She added that the director had visualized her character with great perfection and detail and also believed in her by choosing her for a role in Salaar. It was through his sheer faith and brilliance as a director that this could be achieved. Sriya Reddy thanked each and every technician who is working hard to shape Salaar.
The Salaar filmmakers might give updates soon about other details of the film once Adipurush is released.
