Cobra is Chiyaan Vikram’s latest movie which is going to be released in theatres tomorrow across the world. The film is going to have a pan-Indian release in multiple languages. During the promotions of Cobra, Vikram looked very confident in the film’s result at the box office. This is just because of the unique content in the film. While promoting his film in different cities, Vikram was asked about the trend of Boycott Bollywood. Vikram did not speak much about the issue and gave a mature answer to the media.
Vikram replied to the question on the boycott trend by saying, “I don’t know what language you are speaking. I’m not sure what boycott means. I know what a boy means. I know the meaning of a girl. And I am very much aware of cot. But I really don’t know what a boycott means”. Vikram chose this kind of answer so as to escape getting into the issue of the current trend by talking much about it in any way. So, he simply skipped that part. Vikram wants his film to communicate much more effectively with its content than he does.
Cobra is written and directed by Ajay Gnanamuthu. Lalith Kumar produced the film under the banner of 7 Screen Studios. Sreenidhi Shetty is the lead actress in the film. Veteran Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan played a prominent role in the film. AR Rahman composed the music. Harish Kannan is the cinematographer and Bhuvan Srinivasan is the editor.
