Ramarao On Duty is written and directed by Sarath Mandava. The film is produced by SLV Cinemas in association with RT Team Works. Divyansha Kaushik and Rajisha Vijayan are the lead actresses alongside Ravi Teja. Venu Thottempudi played a prominent role in the film. Sam CS composed the music for the film. Sathyan Sooryan is the cinematographer and Praveen KL is the editor. Peter Hein and Stunt Shiva composed the action sequences.
