Ranbir Kapoor’s Brahmastra Shoot Gets Wrapped In Kashi

After 5 years of hard work and passion, finally the shoot of the epic Brahmastra gets wrapped in Kashi.  Brahmastra Part One: Shiva starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt was being shot in Kashi for the last 3 days as a part of the final schedule.  The film director Ayan Mukerji finally announced the wrap of the film’s shoot officially.

The shoot of Brahmastra was started in 2018.  The film shoot was finally wrapped on 29th March 2022 in the divine city of Varanasi.  The makers of the film shared a special video from the end shoot on Twitter and announced the wrap of the shoot officially.  Ayan Mukerji said that it was destiny to end the film’s shoot where it was started at the same place of Kashi Vishwanath Mandir with the infused spirit and the blessings of Lord Shiva.  “The wonderful, exciting and thrilling journey filled with hard work, dedication, love and passion has finally come to an end,” wrote the producer Karan Johar on his Twitter handle.

Brahmastra is a three part trilogy penned and picturised by Ayan Mukerji.  The film is set in the backdrop of exploring Lord Shiva.  The film promises a spectacular visual experience with the character promos released so far.  Ranbir Kapoor was introduced as Shiva from the film.  Alia Bhatt played the role of Isha in the film.  Amitabh Bachchan and Nagarjuna played prominent roles.  Dharma Productions along with Fox Star Studios is producing the film.  Brahmastra Part One: Shiva was announced to be released on 9th September 2022.  The film is going to have a Pan-India release including the languages of Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam.   SS Rajamouli, India’s top director is presenting the film in Telugu.
