Ghattamaneni Ramesh Babu, the elder son of Superstar Krishna passed away on 8th January, 2022 with liver complications. He contributed a lot to Telugu Cinema and the Ghattamaneni family. He did dual roles in his life, both as an actor and a producer.
Ramesh Babu made his debut in Tollywood with his father’s film, Alluri Seetharama Raju. He did 15 films as the lead actor and then turned into a producer establishing a production company, Krishna Productions Pvt Ltd. which is named after his father. He produced two films Arjun and Athidhi under his banner. Both the films star Mahesh Babu in the lead role. In 2011, Ramesh Babu presented the Mahesh Babu’s industry hit Dookudu. Later, he was completely away from the films all these years.

He was quite happy and healthy all these years even after he left the films. He was always active in supporting Mahesh Babu. It was very heartbreaking to know the news of his demise. His humbleness and honesty will always stay in our hearts.
