Iddarammayilatho revolves around the life of Akanksha (Catherine Tresa) who stumbles upon the diary of Komali. She discovers the love story of Sanju (Allu Arjun) and Komali (Amala Paul.) She also meets Sanju and falls in love with him. Things take an interesting turn when Komali comes back in their life and Akanksha realises she has been played all along.
This movie had all the right commercial elements for a perfect entertainer. Highlights of the movie are Allu Arjun’s acting as Sanju, the well choreographed interval fight scene and the soulful music. Songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad like the Violin Song, Top Lechipoddhi were chartbusters. Puri Jagannadh showed another side of Allu Arjun through this movie.
