Rang De Telugu Movie Review

Synopsis :

The Nithiin starring upcoming romantic comedy film Rang De, is one of the most awaited films.  The film is directed by Venky Atluri and features Keerthy Suresh as the leading lady.  A trailer for Rang De released last week shows how Nithiin’s character ends up marrying Keerthy Suresh’s character, as circumstances force him into the wedding.  The trailer also shows how Nithiin ends up doing household chores and becomes a house-husband against his liking.

Rang De Telugu Movie Review: 

Story :

Arjun (Nithiin) and Keerthy Suresh (Anu) are childhood friends and over the time things are turned into love for one and creed for another.  Arjun despises Anu as she becomes the centre of attention in the colony.  Anu excels in academics, sports and everything else, which is the prime reason for Arjun’s hatred towards her.  Arjun feels delighted when he gets to know Anu is leaving but Anu who is in love with him does not feel the same.  After a romantic encounter, they end up getting married.  How things pan out in their married life forms the plot. 

Turning Point :

After being in love with Arjun  over the years, Anu decides to give him the taste of his own medicine.  How she ends up like Arjun and how she makes him realize what he has been missing all through takes the film to the next level.

Performance :

Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh are talented artists in the industry, however the talented duo pairing up is an added bonus to the film.  Nithiin’s acting as an envious young man with a mix of love is spot on.  Keerthy Suresh swift in acting as a cheerful girl in the first half and into a matured character in the second half is widely appreciated.  The combined comedy of Vennela Kishore, Suhas, Abhinav Gomatam, Brahmaji and Naresh is hilarious. 

Highlights :

Cinematography of the film is spot on.  Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh on screen chemistry is entertaining.  The songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad are a hit.   

Verdict :

Rang De is a romantic comedy entertainer and the film outrightly justified it.  With a mixture of love and emotions, the chemistry between Nithiin and Keerthy Suresh is enticing to watch.  Rang De is a perfect blend of love, romance and family emotions.
