In a recent interview with a leading daily, Rakul Preet Singh opened up about love and the institution of marriage.
Recently, Rakul Preet Singh sizzled on the cover page of the popular bridal magazine Khush Wedding. Along with the themed photo-shoot, she talked about her films, personal life, love, marriage and to-be partner. Calling herself a “sucker for love and a true believer of marriage”, she said that her to-be partner should have some qualities to hold her hand.
“My partner should have a passion and purpose in life. I come from a close-knit family and grew up in an army background. So, he should surely be someone who enjoys a healthy lifestyle.” Opening on her wedding, she said. “It has to be an intimate affair with 100 close friends and family. It should preferably be a destination wedding at a beach (sic.)”

On the work front, Rakul Preet Singh will play the role of a village belle in an untitled film by Krish with Panja Vaishnav Tej as her co-star. She shot for close to 40 days in the hinterlands of Telangana and wrapped up the film. Rakul will play the role of an advocate in Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s Check, with Nithiin and Priya Prakash Varrier as her co-stars. She also has a Tamil film with Sivakarthikeya and, Shankar’s Kamal Haasan, Rakul, Kajal Aggarwal starrer Indian 2. Apart from this, Rakul has three Bollywood films in the pipeline with Arjun Kapoor, John Abraham, Amitabh Bachchan and Ajay Devgn.
