In what can be termed as an unfortunate news, Sarath Kumar tested positive for the COVID-19 virus.
The news was shared by his wife and prominent actress Radhikaa Sarathkumar, who took to Twitter to share the news. Radhikaa said although Sarath Kumar tested positive for the COVID-19 virus, he is completely asymptomatic and is in the hands of good doctors. The veteran actor tested positive in Hyderabad city. Messages of sympathy began pouring in for the actor and his family from fans and friends.

A lot of celebrities have tested positive for COVID-19 virus in the last few months but luckily all of them have recovered. Legendary singer Balasubramaniam however succumbed to post COVID complications. Megastar Chiranjeevi also announced h e tested positive for the virus recently but has clarified the positive result was due to a faulty test and was instead a false positive.
