Megastar Chiranjeevi recently had a fanboy moment when his granddaughter got all dressed up like a mini Rudhramadevi. The doting grandfather couldn’t help but fawn over his granddaughter Samhita, daughter of Sushmita Konidela. What’s more interesting is, today marks the 5 years of the iconic Anushka starrer periodic drama Rudhramadevi.
Chiranjeevi, who lent his voice for the movie, couldn’t stop gushing over his granddaughter and captured the moment. He shared the video of a mini Rudhramadevi reciting hard lines being dressed up in a saree to his fans on social media. He penned all his love for her in the caption and wrote, “చిన్నారుల అభిరుచిని తల్లి తండ్రులు ప్రోత్సహిస్తే, అది వారిలో ఉత్సాహాన్ని నింపుతుంది (sic.)” (It’s a great feeling for children when their parents encourage their talent.)
He begins the video by saying, “It is such a delight to see kids so young take to their passion. And an absolute joy appreciating them display that passion (sic.)” The video ends with the proud grandfather giving her a flying kiss and showering praises by calling beautiful. Chiranjeevi also shared a picture of a young Sushmita dressed up as the warrior queen.

On the work front, Chiranjeevi will be next seen in the upcoming film Acharya, directed by Koratala Siva. Ram Charan will also be appearing in an extended cameo role for the movie. Kajal Aggarwal will be seen playing the leading lady in the film. He will also team up with Meher Ramesh for an untitled movie. The actor will also be seen in the Telugu remake of Lucifer.
