Virata Parvam is an upcoming Tollywood movie in which Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi will be seen as the leading stars. The movie has been creating quite a buzz due to its storyline which is supposed to be based on naxalism which was highly prevalent in Andhra Pradesh during the 1990s. The film completed 70% of shooting and is waiting for the pandemic situation to settle to resume the shooting.
Zarina Wahab from Bollywood who is playing a pivotal role in Virata Parvam has been diagnosed with COVID-19 five days ago and had to be admitted to Lilavati hospital in Mumbai. Zarina was suffering with acute symptoms, including breathless, joint pains, bodyache, fatigue and fever. The actress had to be put on ventilatory support after doctors noticed low oxygen levels in her blood. However, her condition is said to be stable and she is responding well to the treatment. Zarina’s husband Aditya Pancholi has apparently kept the news of her diagnosis under wraps.

Sai Pallavi will be playing the role of a country singer for Virata Parvam while Rana Daggubati will be playing the role of a naxal leader. Directed by Venu Udugula, the film also has Nanditha Das, Naveen Chandra, Zarina Wahab, Eeswari Rao, Rahul Ramakrishna, and Sai Chand in key roles. Priyamani will be seen in a supporting role as Comrade Bharatakka who is a naxalite Virata Parvam is being produced by Suresh Productions.
