Allu Arjun Starrer Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo Receives Praises From Noted Bollywood Director Sanjay Gupta

The Allu Arjun and Pooja Hedge starrer of the Trivikram Srinivas directorial, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which released in March of this year is one of the biggest hits of Tollywood.  The film and songs have garnered fans from all over the world. 

The songs from the film made a huge splash with Tollywood, Bollywood and international fans.  Celebrities like Shilpa Shetty, Raveena Tandon and cricketer David Warner have shaken a leg to hits from the movie.  It has been five months since Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo was released, yet the craze shows no signs of slowing down.  The latest to join the bandwagon is Bollywood Director Sanjay Gupta, who is known for works like Kaante, Shootout at Lokhandwala, Jazbaa and  Kaabil, heaped praises on the film.

Bollywood Director Sanjay Gupta took to Twitter and wrote in praise of the film, “ #JustWatched ALA VAIKUNTHAPURRAMULOO on Netflix.  What a film! Pure unadulterated entertainment.  Not having seen it in a full theatre will be a life long regret.  Beat the pandemic blues and watch this gem asap (sic.)”

Allu Arjun thanked Sanjay Gupta for the appreciation.  He wrote, “Thank you very much Sanjay Ji ! Glad u really liked the movie.  Humbled (sic.)”

Sanjay Gupta wasn’t done with that as he went on to call himself an Allu Arjun fanboy.  “Brother you have no clue how completely blown away I am by your performance.  You made me laugh and you made me cry.  I am your fanboy for life buddy.  Can’t wait for an opportunity to work with you (sic.)”
