Rakul Preet Singh took to Instagram and shared a cute throwback Thursday picture from when she was 3 and it proves that she is born fit. In the picture, the actress was seen posing for the camera in a yoga posture, sporting an all white jumpsuit.
Sharing this cutest picture on Instagram, Rakul wrote, ‘Yoga since 1993’ and added ROFL emoji to the post. Now we understand why Rakul Preet Singh is called the fittest actress from the film industry. She has been practcing the yoga asanas since the age of three.

The actress is a total fitness freak and often shares glimpses of her workout session daily on social media. A few days back, on International Yoga Day, Rakul Preet Singh shared a picture doing yoga asanas and wrote “True yoga is not about the shape of your body but the shape of your life, it’s not about touching your toes but what you learn on the way down. You can’t always control what goes on outside but you can control what goes on inside. Sink into the stillness and celebrate this union of mind, body and soul to self reflect and vibrate at the highest frequency of life at all times(sic.)”

On the work front, Rakul Preet Singh has been paired up opposite Sivakarthikeyan in the Tamil science fiction drama, Ayalaan. The actress will also be seen in a Telugu untitled film opposite Nithiin and another Tamil film titled, Indian 2, with Kamal Haasan.
