When you talk about Balakrishna and his movies, there is no doubt your mind might wander towards Aditya 369, a movie which was years ahead of anything that was a product of Tollywood, when it was released. The movie was a science fiction film based on the concept of time travel and it revolutionised Telugu cinema. Aditya 369 received two Nandi Awards, one for Production Design and another for Costume Design.
There has been a buzz going on in the Telugu Film Industry about a possible sequel to Aditya 369 but there was no confirmation of any kind from Balakrishna. Fans and movie buffs would have much to look forward to if a sequel is announced for Aditya 369, which would be directed by Singeetam Srinivasa Rao, who also directed the original. The rumours also suggest that Balakrishna’s son Mokshagna would make his debut with the sequel but Balakrishna supposedly put the project on hold.

It is also being reported that Balakrishna’s sole focus is to complete his ongoing project with Boyapati Srinu which is temporarily titled as NBK106. The makers of NBK106 announced that an update would be released today, one day before Balakrishna’s birthday which is tomorrow. It is being speculated the update might be a title announcement or a first look or a snippet of the much talked about song for the movie which was sung by Balakrishna himself. NBK106 is being produced by Miryala Ravinder Reddy under his banner Dwaraka Creations. S.S Thaman would be composing the music for this film.
