Kannada Actor Chiranjeevi Passes Away At 39 Leaving Film Fraternity In Shock

The Kannada film Industry or Sandalwood as it is often referred to experienced a shock when it came to light  young Kannada actor Chiranjeevi Sarja, passed away suddenly.  Chiranjeevi Sarja is referred to as a talented young actor in Sandalwood and according to reports the actor had sudden breathing issues upon which he was taken to the hospital.  However, Mr. Sarja passed away due to a sudden heart attack which was declared as the cause of his demise.  

The unfortunate demise shocked the entire Kannada film industry and messages offering condolences to Chiranjeevi Sarja’s family inundated the social media platforms.  Chiranjeevi Sarja made his acting debut with Vayuputra and went on to perform in more than 20 movies in his career.  Some of his famous movies include Chirru, Chandralekha, Aatagara’, Bharjari, Seizer, Amma I Love You and Sinnga.

Chirajeevi Sarja comes from a family of actors and film industry veterans.  He is the grandson of the veteran Kannada actor Shakthi Prasad and is the brother of actor Dhruva Sarja.  Chiranjeevi is also the nephew of actor Arjun Sarja.  Many celebrities expressed their shock and grief and took to social media to offer their condolences.

Chiranjeevi Sarja is survived by his wife Meghana Raj, whom he married in 2018 in a Christian ceremony in Bangalore.  We at Telugu Filmnagar offer our sincere condolences to Chiranjeevi Sarja’s family during this difficult time.
