Rashmika Mandanna has established herself as an actress who can pull off any role with perfection. Be it a strong independent woman in Geetha Govindam or a girl next door in Dear Comrade, Rashmika is able to act with ease. The actress will be seen alongside Allu Arjun in the upcoming movie Pushpa.
There are many rumours circulating around Pushpa and some of them say that the movie will take place around the Chittor forest region and is based on the red sanders smuggling prevalent in the region. Rashmika Mandanna might be seen as an Indian Forest Service officer. Director Sukumar, made sure Allu Arjun looks perfect for his role in Pushpa and has roped in tutors who taught Arjun the Chittor slang. More rumours came out regarding Rashmika also learning Rayalaseema accent with the help of tutors. Rashmika has confirmed the news in an Ask Me Anything activity on her Instagram stories. Responding to a question by a fan, Rashmika was surprised when the fan asked if it is true she was learning a different accent for Pushpa. Rashmika responds by saying she is indeed learning a different accent and asks how they knew about it.

Recently, rumours about a second heroine who would be the love interest of Allu Arjun in Pushpa were doing the rounds. Moreover, the rumours suggested that Nivetha Thomas would be the second heroine however, it is confirmed that there would be no second heroine for Pushpa. The first look for Allu Arjun was revealed recently and it quickly became viral on social media. Pushpa is being produced by Mythri Film Makers while Devi Sri Prasad will be composing the music. Jagapathi Babu, Anasuya Bharadwaj and Vennela Kishore will be seen in supporting roles.
