Hacking when it is used for ethical purposes like finding bugs in an algorithm or to help a government is called ethical hacking but when it is used for criminal purposes it is a criminal offence and is punishable under law. The latest celebrity to fall victim to hacking is actress Anupama Parameswaran.
The Krishnarjuna Yuddham and Rakshasudu actress’s Facebook account was hacked by unknown persons but the hackers did not just stop there. There were morphed pictures of the actress on the Facebook page. The actress immediately took to her other social media accounts to let her fans know about the hack. The actress even took to her Instagram account to share a piece of her mind regarding the hack and the morphed pictures. Anupama says the images are obviously fake and has hinted the hackers have ample amount of free time and are therefore coming up with pictures like these.

The Facebook account has since been deleted and Anupama is waiting for the cyber crime officials to look into the matter and investigate. Anupama Parameswaran is an actress who predominantly works in the Telugu and Malayalam industry. The actress even won a Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress for her work in the Nithiin starrer A AA. Anupama is currently working on her second Tamil film titled Thalli Pogathey which is a remake of the superhit Telugu film Ninnu Kori which had Nani as the lead. Thalli Pogathey has Atharvaa as the lead while R.Kannan is directing as well as producing the movie.
