Actor Karthi has a huge fan base in both the Telugu states, apart from his native Tamil Nadu. The actor scored the biggest hit of his career with Khaidi, both in Tamil and Telugu. Interesting aspect of Karthi is he dubs his own lines in Telugu.
His latest movie, Donga (originally Thambi in Tamil) directed by Jeetu Joseph is out and makes for an interesting view. Karthi plays an estanged brother to Jyotika in this movie. Viacom 18 Motion Pictures is bankrolling Donga.
