Post the tremendous success of Rajinikanth’s Robot 2 and Petta, the fans of Thalaivar have now turned their attention towards his next project. This upcoming project, #Thalaivar166, is currently the most awaited project of this season. The interest levels piqued higher when the fans got the wind of the fact, A.R. Murugadoss, one of the most talented directors of the South Indian cinema, will work on #Thalaivar166. However, another interesting buzz is now trending all over social media.
Nayanthara, the Lady Superstar, will star opposite Rajinikanth in his upcoming project. Rajini and Nayanthara previously featured together in Chandramukhi, a superhit thriller. She also made a couple of guest appearances in Rajinikanth’s movies such as Sivaji and Kuselan. Now, with #Thalaivar166, Nayanthara and Rajini will create the same magic on the screen just like they did in Chandramukhi, which came out in 2008.
Anirudh Ravichander, the young and dynamic music composer who worked on the tunes of Petta, will compose the tracks for this upcoming project, while Santosh Sivan will handle the cinematography. The shoot of this upcoming project will commence on the 10th of April, 2019 in Mumbai
