Arjun Reddy, a cult movie which was made in Telugu by Sandeep Vanga, is one of those movies which was highly appreciated by every section of the audience and inspired many movie makers. It added all kinds of emotions with which a movie maker would not dare to experiment on the big screen. Now, movie makers of different film industries are working on the remakes of Arjun Reddy and adding a touch of nativity to it.
While Kabir Singh is one of those remakes in Bollywood, featuring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani, another such remake is Varmaa, shot by Bala and featuring Dhruv Vikram and Megha Chowdary in the lead roles. However, this project is now being reshot as the makers of the Varmaa were not happy with the initial version. They felt, the core essence of Arjun Reddy was missing in the initial version of Varmaa and decided to remake it.
Now, the reshot version of Varmaa has been retitled as well. It is now titled as Aditya Varmaa and is going to be directed by Girisaaya. The Bollywood beauty, Banita Sandhu, is going to feature as the female lead in this project, while Priya Anand bagged a crucial role.
Varmaa was slated for a grand release during February 2019. However, the reshot version, Aditya Varmaa, is going to hit theatres during June 2019.
