Mahi V. Raghav, the director of the sensational movie Yatra, is a remarkable person. He recently stated, the reason behind making Yatra was telling the story of Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy to the current generation. The director revealed his thoughts by saying, his story is going to outlive him.
Raghav wanted the audience to remember Y.S.R., for his compassion, humility, leadership, kindness and nothing less. The talented director further added, it pains him to see the fans and admirers of Y.S.R., approaching celebrities to endorse and acknowledge Yatra. The director revealed, Yatra is a story of Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy and his personality is so strong that it seeks no approval or acknowledgment.
Raghav further added, he finds joy in telling a story to others and does not seek any kind of endorsement or approval. Mahi also openly stated, the moment we start seeking acceptance from others, we become beggars. Mahi clarified, he is a beggar only when he writes as he begs the universe to give him the story he wishes to share with everyone.
