Though the lockdown has been eased and the world is back to normal, the pandemic is not over yet. Kriti Sanon is the latest celebrity who has contracted the novel Coronavirus. The actress confirmed via social media that she tested positive for COVID-19.
Kriti Sanon, who was shooting for her next Hindi film with Rajkummar Rao in Chandigarh, has tested positive for Coronavirus. For the past few days, rumours about this have been doings bouts in the filmy world, the actress broke her silence on Wednesday and informed her fans and followers about being tested positive for COVID-19. The actress wrote in a post on social media, “I’d like to inform everyone that I have tested positive for Covid-19. There’s absolutely nothing to worry as I’m feeling fine and have quarantined myself as per BMC and my doctor’s advice. So I’m gonna ride this tide, rest it out and resume work soon. Till then, I’m reading all the warm wishes and they seem to be working. Be safe guys, the pandemic hasn’t gone yet (sic).”

Kriti Sanon made her debut in Telugu cinema with the psychological thriller 1: Nenokkadine (2014), co-starring Mahesh Babu in the lead role. Her last Telugu film was in 2015 opposite Naga Chaitanya titled Dochay. After gaining back to back success in Telugu and Hindi, Kriti is now the most popular and bankable actress in the film industry.
