Varun Tej is doing a sports drama for the first time in his career and the film is titled Ghani. The film is directed by Kiran Korrapati and produced by Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby under the banner of Renaissance pictures and Allu Bobby Company. The film is going to be released on 25th February or 4th March of 2022. Thaman S composed the music for the film.
The makers of the film released the first single from the film Ghani on 9th February, 2022. The song is titled Romeo Juliet. Aditi Shankar sang the song. Raghuram penned the lyrics for the song. Thaman S performed the song live at the launch event of the song.
Speaking at the event Thaman said that there is a 4th wave coming in Tollywood with the continuous releases of big films for Summer. “RRR, Radhe Shyam, Ghani, Bheemla Nayak and Acharya. It is very hard to bear the rampage of all these films. I am warning all the theatre owners to be prepared for the releases. I also wish all the producers of Tollywood for the release of their films. The summer fest starts from 25th February,” said Thaman in the event.
Thaman is composing music for multiple films right now in Tollywood. He has 5 films in his bag from Tollywood for Summer. He composed the music for Ghani, Bheemla Nayak and Sarkaru Vari Paata. He provided the background score for DJ Tillu and Radhe Shyam. With all these films getting ready for their releases between February and May, Thaman is going to have a great Summer ahead.
