Director Sukumar has personally checked on Shri Teja, the 9-year-old stampede victim who is undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. He inquired the boy’s family members about the patient’s recovery.
Recently, Sukumar’s wife, Tabitha Sukumar, personally called on the victim’s family and offered a financial support of Rs 5 lakh. Sukumar and his wife have assured Shri Teja’s family of all future support.
Sukumar‘s support is in addition to what Allu Arjun has already provided. Besides monetary contribution of Rs 25 lakh, the boy’s treatment and care have also been taken care of. The support will continue in the future.
On Wednesday, Allu Aravind visited the hospital and spoke with the boy’s family. Speaking on the occasion, he said, “Allu Arjun has been advised by his lawyer, Niranjan garu, not to meet the boy’s family. He asked me to check on Shri Teja.”
Shri Teja’s mother, Revathi, succumbed to injuries she had sustained in the Sandhya theatre stampede on December 4th.
