So Allu Aravind immediately asked Rishab Shetty to do a bilingual film in both Telugu and Kannada so as to receive much more love from the Telugu audience, after the actor witnessed the response of the Telugu audience to good content. Rishab Shetty accepted the proposal immediately. Allu Aravind, in return, asked Rishab Shetty himself to come up with the story and start the pre-production as soon as possible. Kantara movie has collected more than 150 crores worldwide to date. The film’s Telugu box office collections have crossed the 20 crore mark already. The Hindi box office collections are around 12 crores. The US box office collections for the film are marching towards the milestone of 1 million USD. Kantara collected more than 100 crores just at the Kannada box office. It is predicted by film analysts that the closing collections of Kantara will definitely touch the mark of 200 crores.
