Tollywood is renowned for its record number of releases every year. Even after the second wave of Coronavirus, with the theatres shut for long and shoots on halt the movies till then, it was Tollywood that revived the Indian film market by starting to release movies as early as August. It’s a feast for the filmmakers as the most awaited shoots and releases are back on track at a rapid pace. The audiences are the winners finally as they are getting movies to watch every weekend. The movie releases are happening parallelly both on OTT platforms and theatres as per the previous commitments. The month of September saw movies across various genres releasing like 101 Jillala Andagadu, Thalaivi, Tuck Jagadish, Seetimaarr, Gully Rowdy, Maestro, Aakashavaani and Love Story.
