NC22 is written and directed by Venkat Prabhu. Srinivasaa Chitturi produced the film under the banner of Srinivasaa Silver Screen. Krithi Shetty is the lead actress in the film. Arvind Swamy, Priyamani, and Sarath Kumar played important roles in the film. Ilaiyaraaja and Yuvan Shankar Raja are the music directors for the film.
