SS Rajamouli is the only director who pushes the limits of the actors much higher and brings out the best from them. That is what the director did for his latest flick, RRR. He made the lead actors Jr NTR and Ram Charan do their career best performances. Makarand Deshpande, the Bollywood actor did a small role in the film RRR. He talks about Rajamouli and the film in a recent interaction with the media. He spoke about Rajamouli’s efforts in bringing out the best from his actors.
Speaking about the film RRR and its director, Rajamouli, Makarand Deshpande said, “I was called and asked to come to Hyderabad to meet Rajamouli for a role in RRR. He said that he loved my performances in the films Satya, Swades and many others. He always wanted to cast me in some role in his next project after Baahubali. He offered me an important role alongside Jr NTR. He narrated the script and said that my role would be a tribal man who is innocent. Actually, the film had a couple of scenes more offered during the birth of the character of Komaram Bheem. But the scenes are chopped off in the final edit. I wish to work with Rajamouli again because I observed him on the sets explaining every bit of the scene in detail to Tarak. He did the same with all other actors too. Sometimes, if the actor could not understand anything, Rajamouli himself would enact the scene and show it to the actors. Rajamouli is a terrific actor besides being a legendary director”.
RRR is doing great at the box office. It is shattering all the previous records and setting new records. Every actor of RRR is being applauded for their respective roles and performances. Rajamouli has taken such a care in designing every single character and brought the best from all the actors for the characters to shine.
