Kalki 2898 AD was made for the audience, not mere records- Swapna Dutt

Kalki 2898 AD had its theatrical debut globally yesterday and caused a stir at the box office. Pulling in large crowds, Kalki 2898 AD sets record-breaking Day-1 marks.

Swapna Dutt, the daughter of producer C. Aswani Dutt of Kalki 2898 AD & Tollywood prodicer expressed her satisfaction on social media. Furthermore, she said that Kalki 2898 AD was created for the audience, not the records.

“It’s very amazing that people are calling or asking, Did we cross records?”, Swapna wrote.

Swapna Dutt wrote, “It’s hilarious because guys who create or created those records never make films for the records. We make for the audience”.

Swapna Dutt, who began her career in the movies as an associate producer at the age of 18, has been constantly striving. She gets the credits for the movies Subhash Chandra Bose, Yevade Subramanyam, Mahanati, Sita Ramam, as a producer.
