Starring Vijay Antony and Mirnalni Ravi as the lead pair, the Tamil original ‘Romeo’ hit the screens yesterday, with the title ‘Love Guru’ in Telugu. The movie is billed to be a comedy-drama, helmed by Vinayak Vaithiananthan.
Love Guru’s music is composed by Barath Dhanasekhar, while Farook J Basha has handled the cinematography. The movie is edited by Vijay Antony himself.
Ilavarasu, Thalaivasal Vijay, Sudha, Sreeja Ravi & Others play important roles in Love Guru, which is produced by Meera Vijay Antony under the Vijay Antony Film Corporation banner and is presented by renowned Mythri Movie Makers in Telugu.
Love Guru Telugu Movie Review
Love Guru Story Line:
When prosperous businessman Aravind (Vijay Antony) returns to his town of Simhachalam from Malaysia, he falls in love with Leela (Mirnalini Ravi) right away. Following their marriage, they move to Hyderabad. Aravind soon discovers that Leela wed him in order to get away from her parents’ demands.
Despite his confusion, Aravind chooses not to get in the way of Leela’s goals. However, when Vikram shows up, everything is different. Who is Vikram, what is Leela’s underlying motive behind marrying Aravind, and what happens to their marriage is the rest of the story.
On-screen performances:
In “Love Guru,” Vijay Antony—who has a sizable fan base in Telugu—made an invigorating appearance. His part is compelling to see and is masterfully written.
Contrary to this, Mirnalni Ravi plays a significant role and has ambitions and strong opinions. She has pulled off the role so well.
Throughout the entire film, VTV Ganesh and Yogi Babu keep things lighthearted and humorous while injecting humor into the plot. Others seem to have justified their respective roles.
Technical Aspects:
Director Vinayak Vaithiyanathan has focused on developing a distinctive plot with more emotional depth and a more captivating screenplay, particularly in the second half. The screenplay is crisp and is impressive.
The cinematography of Farook J Basha and the music of Barath Dhanasekar enhance the visual and auditory appeal of the movie. We should acknowledge the editing of Vijay Antony. However, the Telugu dubbing is done well, and the production qualities are praiseworthy.
End Note: Love Guru is an entertaining film with excellent acting and narrative.
