It is official. The NTR-Neel movie has commenced its shoot. Mythri Movie Makers is producing this gigantic action drama.
“The SOIL finally welcomes its REIGN to leave a MARK in the HISTORY books of Indian Cinema! NTRNeel shoot has officially begun. A whole new wave of ACTION & EUPHORIA is ready to grip the Masses,” wrote the banner on social media.
An on-location still shared by the production house has the KGF and Salaar director commanding a crowd while filming what looks like a scene involving a heavy crowd. The untitled movie is also produced by NTR Arts. The makers are likely to reveal more details of the movie sooner than later. Ravi Basrur is composing the music.

The film, which will hit the screens on January 9th next year (2026), is a high-octane, slick action drama. With its reference to 1969, the film’s announcement poster last year alluded to the periodic nature, while the mappings showed China, Bhutan, and other locations.
Jr NTR is currently also associated with War 2, an under-production pan-Indian Bollywood movie co-starring Hrithik Roshan.
