Recently, one of the industry’s blockbusters, Simhadri, was also announced for re-release on the birthday of Jr NTR. Jr NTR celebrates his birthday on May 20, the same month as his grandfather, Sr NTR, whose birth anniversary is on May 28th.

This film is going to be in theatres for a whole birthday week, starting from the birthday of Jr NTR to the birthday of the legendary Sr NTR. That is from May 20th to May 28th. May 28, 2023, is the 100th birth anniversary of the Late Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Sr. This week is to celebrate NTR 2 NTR birthdays.

Aadi, the fourth film in Jr NTR’s career, is an action drama. This was the first film by director V V Vinayak. Keerthi Chawla starred opposite Jr NTR in this film. Aadi was produced by Bellamkonda Suresh. The music was composed by Mani Sharma. Aadi was a blockbuster at the Telugu box office, where it ran for 100 days in a record 96 direct centres. The film has also won four Nandi Awards. Also, the Simhadri’s re-release is also planned for Jr NTR’s birthday this year, with additional technical changes like Dolby Atmos and 4K Ultra HD.
