For the highly anticipated movie Rakshas, director Prasanth Varma paired up with Bollywood’s exploding phenomenon, Ranveer Singh. Impending to Prasanth Varma’s recent blockbuster hit “HanuMan”, there were high hopes for this film. According to their official release, however, things haven’t gone well for this collaboration.
Prasanth Varma, Ranveer Singh, and the esteemed production group Mythri Movie Makers published a joint statement earlier today. They jointly announced that Rakshas has been shelved, as they vow to cease any chance to collaborate in the future.
They acknowledged the regrettable shelving of Rakshas in their formal statement, but they also provided a glimmer of optimism for the future. Ranveer Singh’s note reads, “Prasanth is a remarkable talent. Our creative exploration for a film together was invigorating, and I’m hopeful for exciting ventures ahead.”
Prasanth Varma’s statement praising Ranveer’s unmatched vigor and ability says, “Ranveer’s charisma and talent are truly exceptional. I’m confident that our paths will cross again in the future.”
Mythri Movie Makers shared their statement that said, “Both the parties including Mythri Movie Makers agree that everyone’s intentions were right to make it happen but something’s sometimes aren’t meant to be at that time”.
It is informed that the team shook hands with a promise to associate in times to come.
