Gangs Of Godavari Movie Review:

Gangs of Godavari begins with a roar, presenting us with the steadily expanding life of Ratnam. Ratnam’s rise to prominence and the strategies he uses to advance local politics are compellingly depicted.

Ratnam, on the other hand, is seen in the second part of the film as an established politician and the father of two children, leading a quite different existence.

Gangs of Godavari is a well-done mass-action drama with a solid plot and storyline.

Storyline:

Ratnam, portrayed by Vishwak Sen, is an extremely ambitious underdog. Ratnam’s path through a network of illegal businesses, which makes him a political figure and, in the view of a local MLA, a villain, is the main focus of the plot.

Ratnam’s story also has a love track with Neha Shetty’s character, Bujji. He ultimately weds Bujji, but he continues to have extramarital affairs with Anjali.

The remaining portion of the narrative reveals Ratnam’s personal and professional life as well as his political disputes.

On-screen Performances:

Mass Ka Dass Vishwak Sen, who played Ratnam, has both energy and attitude.
Vishwak has a larger-than-life role, which he has handled fairly well given his on-screen expertise.

Neha Shetty does a good job of justifying her character as Bujji. She manages to be one of the main attractions, by having a decent appearance.

The actress Anjali is a significant positive in Gangs of Godavari; her portrayal of a slum girl is good.

Technical Aspects:

Known for his direction for “Rowdy Fellow” and “Chal Mohana Ranga,” Krishna Chaitanya has demonstrated his comfort level as a seasoned director in the production of Gangs of Godavari.

The narrative has a good amount of excitement that is executed. The screenplay’s locations and situations evoke the audience.

Gangs of Godavari have greatly benefited from Yuvan Shankar Raja’s music. The BGM has intensity wherever the story demands it.

Anith Madhadi’s cinematography is well-executed, and his superb lens capture deserves recognition. Production values and editing are good.

End-note: Gangs of Godavari is a well-made film with a rustic atmosphere and strong action sequences. Strong background music and excellent camera work give Krishna Chaitanya’s film extra weight, and Vishwak Sen, Neha Shetty, and the other leading actors must be appreciated for their efforts.
