Selvaraghavan’s groundbreaking action adventure film, Yuganiki Okkadu, is making a re-release in theaters on March 14th.
Originally released in 2010, the film boasted of a unique blend of historical fiction, adventure, and fantasy, portraying a quest to find the lost Chola civilization.

PrimeShow Films will see the film return to screens in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, and the United States. This wide release promises to give both longtime fans and a new generation of viewers the opportunity to experience the cinematic marvel on the big screen.
Titled Aayirathil Oruvan in Tamil, the film features Karthi as a porter from Chennai. Reema Sen features as Anitha Pandiyan, an intelligence officer. Andrea Jeremiah features as an archaeologist. R Parthiban plays a descendant of Rajendra Chola III and a king of the Chola dynasty in exile. Pratap K Pothen plays an archaeologist and father of Andrea’s character.
With music by GV Prakash Kumar, the film is edited by Kola Bhaskar. Ramji is its cinematographer.
