The Bigg Boss Telugu season 5 has entered into the fourth week and the drama is only getting much more intense. The fourth nominations got intense when the contestants were made to cite the reasons for nomination and throw a piece of the nominated contestant into the pool. Let us dive into the highlights of day 23.
The episode picked off from where it ended. Anchor Ravi confronted Nataraj Master once again only to be left unanswered yet again. RJ Kajal tries to make an issue of the reason Anchor Ravi nominated her. Bigg Boss then asked captain Jaswanth to note down every contestant’s weight on a sketch board. Soon after that while the contestants were having food in the garden area, some unidentified men locked them out in the garden area and raided the entire pantry leaving the contestants with no food. While the contestants were deliberating on what happened, Bigg Boss announced the captaincy contender task for the week titled Gelavali Ante Thaggali. This task requires contestants to form teams of two. The challenge requires the contestants to lose weight and the teams who have lost the most weight would be deemed winners.
But there is a twist in it as this challenge consists of several other tasks which will test the physical and mental strength of the contestants. There is a food truck parked in the garden area and when the horn sounds, food will be available for those who choose to eat. It is upto the captain to decide who gets to eat it based on their reasons. The power room has a palm scanner outside the door once again and when the thunder sounds rumble, the contestant who places their hand first will have to choose a team they want to compete in the next task. The task included the teams assembling a broken bucket and using it to carry the items mentioned on the LED TV and placing them into the boxes assigned to them. The catch here is that they are not allowed to use their hands to pick up the items.
Nataraj Master was the first contestant to place his hand on the power room palm scanner. He and his team mate Lobo chose Sreeram and Hamida as their competitors. After a chaotic performance, Sreeram and Hamida emerged victorious. The food truck sounded its horn right after this and Vishwa chose to eat the food because of his pre existing medical condition.

After this task, Lobo was seen eating his bowl of food from earlier in the day which he snuck into the fridge. The episode ended with a promo of tomorrow’s episode.
