RAPO22, Ram Pothineni’s 22nd movie, was launched last week. Produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the film’s pooja ceremony was held in the presence of several guests. It will go on the floors soon.
Two composers will be working on the movie. Vivek Siva and Mervin Solomon, the Kollywood music directors, will be setting the songs to tune. The musical duo has previously worked on films like Karthi’s Sulthan, among others.

Before stepping into the film industry, Vivek was part of a fusion band named Zinx, which at one point enjoyed the attention of AR Rahman.
Making the decision to rope the Vivek-Mervin duo public, Mythri Movie Makers said, “After setting the Tamil music scene on fire, the magical duo of Vivek-Mervin are all set for their blockbsuter debut in Telugu. Chartbuster album loading.” Welcoming the duo on board, Ram wrote, “I am sure our people will welcome you with both hands after listening to the magic you’re creating for #RAPO22. RAPO22 is directed by Mahesh Babu Pachigolla of Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty fame. Bhagyashri Borse of Mr. Bachchan fame is the heroine. Ram Pothineni‘s movie is yet to be titled. Its shoot will be underway soon.
