King Nagarjuna as the hero, seasoned actors Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun in the supporting roles, the movie ‘Naa Saami Ranga’ hit the screens on January 14, for Sankranthi. Locking its horns with Sankranti biggies ‘Guntur Kaaram’, ‘HanuMan’, and ‘Saindhav’, the Nagarjuna starrer still managed to register a good box-office run.
The OTT release date for Vijay Binni’s directorial- Naa Saami Ranga has been confirmed, and fans of Nagarjuna are eager to see this vibrant, rural-backdrop film. Naa Saami Ranga will start streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar on 17th February. Being an adaptation of the Malayalam movie ‘Porinju Mariam Jose’, Naa Saami Ranga has Telugu nativity and hence struck a chord with the native Telugu audience.
Ashika Ranganath appears as Nagarjuna’s love interest, while Mirnaa Menon and Rukshar Dhillon are paired up with Allari Naresh and Raj Tarun respectively. Srinivasa Chutturi, under the banner of Srinivasa Silver Screen, produced Naa Saami Ranga while Oscar-winning musician MM Keeravani composed the tunes.
