Zebra is going to be a November 22nd release in theatres. Its pre-release event was held on Tuesday in Hyderabad with Megastar Chiranjeevi attending as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, Chiranjeevi said that it’s not easy to get theatrical footfalls for run-of-the-mill movies in the post-pandemic era. “If a film doesn’t do well, it’s not the audience’s mistake. It is always on the makers of the movie. Films like HanuMan, KA, Lucky Baskhar, Amaran, Tillu Square, Mathu Vadalara 2, AAY and Committee Kurrollu have proved that content is what holds a film. It’s not true that the audience don’t want to watch movies in cinemas. They are ready to spend any amount of money on tickets. Like the content-driven hits, Zebra, too, is a content film featuring wonderful performers. I am confident that Zebra is going to be a super-hit at the box office,” the Vishwambhara star said.
Chiru referred to the film’s cast, especially Satyadev. “He is like my third brother. His love for me is pure. He is a sincere, pure-hearted person. He never tries to impress anybody. I liked his intense performance in Bluff Master,” the Megastar said. In his speech, he also referred to Dhananjaya, Sunil, comedian Satya and others.
Directed by Eashvar Karthic, Zebra is produced by SN Reddy, S Padmaja, Bala Sundaram, and Dinesh Sundaram under the banners of Padmaja Films Private Ltd and Old Town Pictures. Satyaraj, Jennifer Piccinato, and others are playing different roles in the movie.
