Gilla Chakradhar, widely known as Chakri is one of the most popular music composers in Tollywood.  His melodious voice and pleasant music stole the hearts of Telugu audience and continues to do so till date.  In a career spanning over 15 years, Chakri composed music for about 80 films with prominent stars in the industry.  Honouring his work, the Government of Andhra Pradesh awarded him with the prestigious Nandi award for Simha(2010.)  Chakri passed away on 15th December, 2014 due to health complications regarding obesity.
