The life of India’s Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, is set to be immortalized on the silver screen in an ambitious new biopic titled Maa Vande. Produced by Veer Reddy M under the Silver Cast Creations banner, the film was formally launched today with a traditional pooja ceremony, with the makers announcing that regular shooting begins immediately. Malayalam star Unni Mukundan has been cast in the lead role to portray the unparalleled mass leader, bringing a fresh and powerful presence to this highly anticipated cinematic journey.
Directed by Kranthi Kumar CH, Maa Vande is designed to be more than just a political chronicle; it is rooted in the poignant theme that a mother’s resolve is greater than any struggle. By weaving together real-life incidents, the film aims to capture both the personal and political aspects of the Prime Minister’s life in a natural and relatable manner.
To ensure the movie meets international standards, the crew includes legendary production designer Sabu Cyril, renowned cinematographer K.K. Senthil Kumar, and acclaimed editor Sreekar Prasad. The film’s action sequences will be handled by King Solomon, while the musical score will be composed by Ravi Basrur.
