Triptii Dimri: A Rising Star's Journey in Bollywood

Triptii Dimri is set to star in the upcoming romantic drama Dhadak 2 , scheduled for an August 1, 2025 release. Co-starring Siddhant Chaturvedi, the film delves into complex themes of caste divides and forbidden love, offering a gritty and realistic portrayal of societal challenges. She is also filming for Vishal Bhardwaj's action thriller Arjun Ustara and is confirmed for Sandeep Reddy Vanga's Spirit with Prabhas. Her journey began with a brief appearance in Mom (2017) and a supporting role in Poster Boys (2017). However, it was her first lead role as the titular character in Imtiaz Ali's romantic drama Laila Majnu (2018) that brought her initial recognition, with critics praising her ability to imbue the character with a believable edge.
