The Paradise Grosses 155+ Crore Worldwide

Published: 2026-09-28

The Paradise has made a strong opening at the worldwide box office, with the makers announcing that the Nani starrer has crossed ₹155 crore gross in just four days. The team shared the milestone on social media, calling it a blockbuster first weekend and thanking audiences for the response.

Released worldwide on September 24, the Srikanth Odela directorial entered theatres with considerable anticipation following its promotions and the successful combination of Nani, Odela and music composer Anirudh Ravichander. The film has now carried that pre-release buzz into its opening weekend, recording strong numbers across key markets.

According to trade tracking reports, The Paradise collected around ₹15.70 crore net in India on Sunday, taking its four-day India net to approximately ₹92.10 crore. Its India gross was estimated at ₹109 crore, while the overseas gross stood at around ₹29.25 crore, putting the reported worldwide gross at approximately ₹138.25 crore.

The film's Telugu version continues to be the biggest contributor to its domestic business. Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have been particularly important markets, with the film also recording collections from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and the rest of India. The fourth-day numbers showed a slight increase over Saturday, giving the film another double-digit day during its opening weekend.

The strong theatrical start also gives Nani another major box-office milestone in his career. The Paradise has already moved past the lifetime India net collection of Dasara, the previous collaboration between Nani and Srikanth Odela, within its opening weekend.

The film brings together Nani and Srikanth Odela for their second collaboration after Dasara. Set against an action-heavy period backdrop, The Paradise also features Mohan Babu, Kayadu Lohar, Sonali Kulkarni and Raghav Juyal in important roles, with Anirudh Ravichander handling the music.

With the first weekend now behind it, the focus shifts towards the weekday run. The makers' ₹155 crore+ announcement gives the film another talking point as it enters its first week, while the reported trade figures will continue to be updated as more final collections come in.

For Nani and the team behind The Paradise, the opening weekend has clearly put the film on a strong theatrical track, with audiences continuing to turn up for the action drama across multiple markets.
