‘Thalaivar 173’: Sundar C steps down from Rajinikanth-Kamal Haasan project

Superstar Rajinikanth s next project, tentatively titled Thalaivar 173 , will be produced by Kamal Haasan. The film was recently announced with Sundar C as the director. On Thursday, Sundar C announced his exit from the project. "In life, there are moments when we must follow the path laid out for us, even if it diverges from our dreams. The film is scheduled for a grand theatrical release during Pongal 2027 , distributed by Red Giant Movies. A new director will now step in.
