Actor Suriya Sivakumar has shared a new glimpse of his character, DSP Inbaraj, from his upcoming film Scene. The actor posted the video on his official X account with the message, “Hello Dear All, With love, DSP Inbaraj,” introducing audiences to his character ahead of the film’s theatrical release.
Written and directed by Jithu Madhavan, Scene features Suriya as an unconventional police officer. The earlier glimpse introduced Inbaraj with a distinctive attitude and an unpredictable approach to his work, hinting at a blend of action, comedy and dark humour. The latest character-focused update adds to the promotional activity surrounding the film.
The film marks Suriya’s first collaboration with Jithu Madhavan, the Malayalam filmmaker known for Romancham and Aavesham. The cast also includes Nazriya Nazim, Naslen, Anandraj, Lal and Raj Priyan in prominent roles. Music for the film is composed by Sushin Shyam, marking his Tamil cinema debut as a composer.
Produced by Suriya and Jyotika under 2D Entertainment, in association with Zhagaram Studios, Scene is scheduled to arrive in theatres on November 6, 2026, coinciding with Diwali. With Suriya stepping into the role of DSP Inbaraj, the film has generated interest among audiences eager to see the actor in this distinctive cop avatar.
The latest glimpse offers another look at the character as the makers continue to build anticipation for the film’s release.
